For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

This month has been frustrating - there was a morning a couple of weeks ago where I was within 300g of my target weight - well on track. Since then it’s been up and down with what I assume is water weight. Today I’m 1.1kg away.

It feels doable but I have no idea if my true progress is enough or if I’ll be catching up next round! I know I’m staying within my calorie range and sticking to my exercise routine so the scale will have to move at some point but it’s refused to budge for the last week. So I have 4 days to watch salt intake and keep moving and hopefully get back in balance!

Best of luck to everyone else, no doubt some others in a similar position! This game is definitely beneficial in the long run but can be unforgiving with the timing of normal fluctuations, especially in these early rounds with tougher targets!

You can do it!! I’m in a similar situation, I’ve been within 500g of my 3% target weight for the past 10 days, once even dipping below it. This morning I’m 400g above. We’ll just have to be super disciplined the next couple of days and definitely watch the salt. Good luck!!

Definitely some water retention - Unexpectedly made the weight on the first weigh in day - just waiting for approval now! I was sure I’d be crossing my fingers and hoping until the last few hours of the weigh in window! Good luck to everyone else
