How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

You’ve got this! Thanksgiving food doesn’t taste any better on the fifth bite than it did on the first. I think the biggest thing with thanksgiving is that everyone salts everything so heavily we just end up with so much water weight. I’m going to bring a lightly salted side, and drink a bunch of water with lemon juice to help me not get water logged lol.

I like the lemon water. I love salty foods, but I can at least try to flush it out a bit. And smart about not overeating! You can definitely taste everything but not gorge yourself.
