Anyone else super concerned about the fact that the next round's weigh-in is the day after Thanksgiving? Or did I just introduce a new anxiety... 😬

You’ve got this! Thanksgiving food doesn’t taste any better on the fifth bite than it did on the first. I think the biggest thing with thanksgiving is that everyone salts everything so heavily we just end up with so much water weight. I’m going to bring a lightly salted side, and drink a bunch of water with lemon juice to help me not get water logged lol.

I like the lemon water. I love salty foods, but I can at least try to flush it out a bit. And smart about not overeating! You can definitely taste everything but not gorge yourself.
