How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Don't be demoralized . Where you are is NOT permanent and took 18 years to build. But it won't take that long to lose. Try to get more exercise (even if it's just walking a lot), drink more water (which might gain water weight at times but will help flush the system eventually) and make sure not to eat right before dinner (try to give yourself two hours if you can between eating dinner and going to bed. Three hours is better but baby steps).
