I’m trying to work on a strategy for this bet. I’ve increased my exercise recently by running a little and swimming laps (I’m getting some lessons, trying to learn flip turns). But with all that exercise my appetite has increased probably more than the calories burned. Any strategy tips?

Do you have the recipe for the flax skinny muffins

Hopefully Julie will post it. It’s something like 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 C flax seeds, 1 teaspoon (or is it tablespoon) oil. Google microwave flax muffin in a cup. I used to eat them with a little honey or berries mixed in, but I gat really attached to morning oats and berries and cinnamon.
