How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Booked a Zumba class at 7pm and am eating yogurt for breakfast…I’m doing it! Problem is, I notice this has become a cycle. I lose weight then gain it back and so on. How do we finally get rid of the extra weight once and for all?

Did you have anything else for breakfast? I'm asking only because I'd be HUNGRY and wouldn't be able to sustain a weight loss eating that small amount.. so my answer for long-term weight loss is smaller calorie deficit. Slow loss but long results. I haven't mastered this journey, but more food seems to be the answer to healthier metabolic health.

For myself I need accountability. This is my first time doing dietbet back to back bc I knew I wouldn't be able to maintain the habits without a community.
