How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have spent the last month not moving much. I got plantar fasciitis while overtraining for the Chicago marathon. I now better understand my body needs more rest and stretching between each run I do but man, have I packed on the pounds while resting. 😫. I’m excited to feel better after losing some weight and getting back at training! This time around, while also focusing on my nutrition too!

I suffered for years with it, besides the shoes and inserts best thing I found to do for it was a stretch. Sit with your legs stretched out straight in front of you, toes pointing up towards the ceiling then keeping heels on the floor bring your toes towards your belly. It stretches the things in your foot and your calves. It'll hurt like crazy but it helps SOOOO much.

Update: went out for a run/walk this morning and not awful! Got the compression socks, stretched before, during, and after. And so far, it’s not flared up!
