How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIES- I'm late because well life but Hi I'm Kris :) I've been doing Diet Bet on and off for a couple of years, and after a year or so break - I'm back. I've lost a total of 60 pounds give or take and I've got about 20 more to go. I've been stuck at my current weight for about 8 months so it's time to face the music. I'm a mom of 4 kids but only 2 still at home. My oldest is in grad school in a different state, our 3rd oldest moved out this summer right after graduating to live his bachelor life with 4 friends in a Party-Partment. The one in between those 2 is my son who is 22 - he his significantly developmentally disabled and will live with us forever, or for a few more years anyway until we are ready for him to move to an adult family home. That leaves our youngest who is a freshman this year and is embracing all the drama that goes with it. I work from home and love it. Picture is my and my husband on vacation about a month ago.
