  • Just getting back into this food tracking and doing better working out. Ill be running thr Army 10miler so I need some pounds and inches off and want to be healthier.

    QUESTION
    Do you meal prep?
    Are you the one thats purchases meal made already? If so who do u prefer?

    Are you one that has food meals delivered and cook yourself? If so who ur favorite?

    Or do you go shopping and cook and plan everything yourself?

    Me personally, I enjoy buying meals already made and I just pop in the microwave, but with a family now I meal prep every 3 days.

I live on a hobby farm so right now we have meat and eggsfrom the farm. And garden veggies to use as well as fresh fruits and berries. Using what we have. ?. I like to cook though. Daughter of a former caterer. :raising_hand:‍♀️
