How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I know we haven’t started yet, but I’m in another active DB and am just posting everywhere to get myself in the habit :)
    Breakfast after my workout! 2/3 c chopped veggies (broccoli, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes), 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, sprinkling of shredded cheddar, 1 Thomas light multigrain English muffin with 0.5 tb butter. Coffee with zero sugar creamer. On to my 5th water bottle of the day! Here we come, Monday!
