How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIES- I didn’t feel like hitting the walking trail today but the weather was perfect so I took the dog and we headed out. Stepped onto the beginning of the trail, no one was around, and right in the middle of the trail was a crisp $5 bill folded in half. I took that as a sign the universe was rewarding me 😇
