How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Well it helped that I had a ton of muscle underneath. But I probably lost alot. Im a landscaper and own my own business. I basically do cardio for hours a day. And paired with a severe calorie deficit... well it tends to start shaving lbs. To be honest I went about it all wrong. I could of done a body recomposition the whole way down and came out with more muscle. But I cut calories and didn't up protein or anything Im supposed to.

I dont recommend what I did. I basically ate the bare minimum. I do have plenty of cheat days to make up for the diet and my body slowing metabolism.

Idk. It worked but this is the diet people normally rebound from. I have before. I need to focus on not regaining all the weight. I guarantee I could gain it just as fast too. I like food.
