  • It's time for the 2nd Challenge: The Fitness Challenge

    The challenge: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day, 5 days this week. You can do anything you want, as long as you're moving........ You can break it up into segments if you need to.

    **At the end of the week I will ask you to comment under a post I will have pinned at the top of the game page here. You will need to click on (comment) below that post and report in there. Do some squats in the bathroom at every bathroom break.

I like to say anything you do even it is 10 min is more than doing nothing. I am on the same boat time wise something that has helped me meal prepping. I meal prep for 3/4 days in advance. This allows me to have more time other days to exercise.
