  • An interesting but yummy way to eat protein, veggies, and a carb. Mashed potatoes with a stir fry with ground beef. 😅 Tasty though!!

I never thought of putting my veggie stirfry on potatoes.
I’m vegetarian and usually put it on brown or white rice. Planning on making it within the next couple of days so definitely will try it on mashed potatoes. Thank you.
