  • Finally hit a low that I was 3 years ago ! I was stuck with the same 1.5 lbs going up and down . I have 1.2 lbs to go for this bet and another 20 lbs to get to my goal .

I make taco meat and freeze individual portion for myself ! I make a taco salad or a grilled wrap with the meat ! Love the taste and keeps me on track

I’m h how great Jessica ! It’s very easy to make . Just 30 minutes rest ! I always double the recipe and I even used water instead and of milk . Made it on wood fire outside :relaxed:

  • Woke up today and stretched with Hinge Health and enjoyed a quiet break from the house with my dog on a morning walk. 3.5 miles and the smell of fall is just lovely. Then a kids birthday party (my son's friend who turned 6) and enjoying some reading now. Tomorrow is our 11 year old's birthday and we are spending it outside! Hopefully our weather is good!

I never thought of putting my veggie stirfry on potatoes.
I’m vegetarian and usually put it on brown or white rice. Planning on making it within the next couple of days so definitely will try it on mashed potatoes. Thank you.

    Instead of getting sugary mixes...pumpkin puree and fresh maple syrup stired into steamed milk, yes, please!
