  • Happy Wednesday!! I’m feeling good on this journey so far. How is everyone else doing? I can never be 100% on a “diet” I’m so hard on myself but I’m putting in the work exercising a few days a week also. hoping slow and steady wins the race.
    I get night time craving after dinner for sweets…Anyone have recommendations for a healthy sweet treat?
