  • With the holiday season in full swing, many of us in the U.S. are getting ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow. For others around the world, this time of year may still include gatherings, special meals, or fun celebrations. No matter where you are or what you’re celebrating, I wanted to share a few simple strategies to help you enjoy your meals and stay on track with your goals.

✨ A few helpful tips for any big feast or special meal (like tomorrow’s Thanksgiving dinner):

Don’t skip meals earlier in the day. Keep your hunger steady so you don’t show up to dinner absolutely starving.

Build your plate with intention. Start with protein and veggies, then add the holiday favorites you truly love.

Slow down and savor. Enjoy the flavors and the people you are with, take breaks between bites, and give your body time to register fullness.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Sometimes thirst sneaks in disguised as extra hunger.

Be picky on purpose. Choose the dishes that really light you up instead of feeling like you have to try everything.

Remember that one holiday meal doesn’t make or break your progress. What matters most is how you support yourself throughout the whole week. Enjoy the moment, stay mindful, and give yourself some grace. ❤

If you’re celebrating Thanksgiving tomorrow, I hope it’s full of warmth and gratitude. And wherever you are in the world, I’m cheering for you as you navigate your own celebrations and routines. We’ve got this! 🍁💪✨
