How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Day 16
If I’m honest, the motivation isn’t really there today. And that’s the thing nobody talks about enough motivation isn’t going to carry you all the way through. It’s great when it shows up, but most days… it doesn’t. What actually moves us forward is showing up without it. Drinking the water even when I’d rather grab something else. Making a balanced plate when takeout would be easier. Going for the walk even when the couch is calling.. and let me tell you, the couch has been calling!!!!!

Day 16 is proof that you don’t need to feel inspired to make progress you just need to keep doing the small things that add up. Discipline > motivation, every time.

I have been working a lot on home improvement stuff in our home which has been a nice distraction to keep me busy and away from snacking. My gym routine has been lacking and I’m trying to get the discipline to lock back in, hoping tomorrow is a better day! I have been cooking meals at home so that’s a huge win. This was a cauliflower rice dish with chicken! I baked it in the oven and it was perfection!

There is no such thing as “Motivation”…it always comes down to dicipline.
Motivation is simply a feeling that often leaves as soon as it comes. If that feeling hits, I make myself react before it fades away.
