How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I love reading, but it’s hard to get those steps in when you’re just cuddling up with a book! Since I started using these apps, I walk in circles around the house while reading instead of sitting or lying around!

Since doing StepBet I definitely look for more ways to get my steps in. If I have to wait when I’m picking up my son, I now get out of the car and walk until he is ready. I park further away from stores. I am even getting more done around the house just so I have an excuse to get moving. I’m amazed at how little I normally move. It’s tough with a desk job.
