  • Happy Friday! We are so close, just a few more days! Stay on track, don't give in, keep going, and claim that victory!

It's time to brag about your successes! I know that each one of you has had successes so let's hear them! This is one of my favorite times of the game, I love hearing your stories!

Whether you're on track to win this game or not, please know that any progress at all is a win. Any positive changes you made for yourself, are a win! Even if it's simply learning what does or doesn't work for you...that's valuable info for the future and also a win!

Enjoy these last few days my friends and keep that goal in sight! The final weigh-in is October 13-14 in Pacific Time! And make sure to submit the Final weigh-in, not a Progress weigh-in only.

I am making better balanced lunches now! With veggies everytime!

Kathleen-I am using an app (not sure if I can say what app here) that tells me my macros and they also give me a meal plan I can follow but I have been making my own, and they also give you a workout plan (Which I have yet to start.) I haven’t quite figured out balancing my macros yet but I aim to get all of my protein in each day and make sure to not go over my carbs, calories and fat

I just realized I am going to be out of town starting Friday evening (Oct 10) until Sunday night (Oct 19). We’ll be on a small boat with no scale of full length mirror. When the earliest and latest I can officially weigh in?

Happy Wednesday, DietBetters! 🎉

We're in the final stretch, and it's time for our mid-week check-in. This game has been four weeks of practice, learning, and self-discovery!

Every day we work toward our goal, we figure out what truly works for our body and routine—whether that's finding the perfect walking time, learning which foods work for us or against us, or realizing we need more sleep. Don't let these learning moments pass you by!

Let's be mindful of those learning opportunities:

What was the biggest lesson this game taught you about your own habits? (e.g., "I learned I need 8 hours of sleep to avoid cravings.")

How will this new knowledge push you harder toward your future goals?

Share your biggest takeaway in the comments! 👇

It’s mostly mental in order for me to “win” in accomplishing my goals.

Donna C.

It is a definitely a head game. Stay the course and don’t deceive myself are 2 big lessons for me.

  • Happy Monday, DietBetters! 🎉 How are you feeling going into this final week? Did you have an awesome weekend?

It’s time for our final push, but we want you to be gentle with yourself and be incredibly proud of the decision you made to prioritize your health.

This week is all about optimizing your effort and celebrating how far you’ve come!

A few tips for these final days:
No Drastic Changes: Stick to the habits you’ve built; avoid crash dieting or over-exercising.
Keep Moving: Stay active and hit those step goals consistently.
Final Fuel Check: Drink your water and limit high-sodium foods to reduce bloat.
Rest & Recharge: Get enough sleep—it’s crucial for weight loss!

Remember: The number on the scale is just one measure. Any change you've noticed—more energy, better sleep, new habits—that’s the true win. What have you learned about yourself since the game started?

Let’s do this together, focusing on progress right up to the end! What's the biggest non-scale victory you're celebrating this week? 👇

I try to remember to get 8 hours sleep nightly. Apple Watch helps me

I did really well the first week and a half losing 9 pounds but then the weekend happened and I didn’t grocery shop for me like I should have and ate what my family ate :( and then it continued into this past week. I meal prepped today and I’m ready to get back on track!

  • Happy Friday, DietBetters! 🎉

As we head into the weekend, we need to talk about that powerful, famous advice: Don't give up what you want most for what you want in the moment.

The weekend is often filled with unplanned social events, treats, and tempting choices that pull us away from our big picture goal. But remember why you placed your bet and what your ultimate transformation looks like!

    Weekend Power Plan
Walk First, Treat Later: Get your walks in early so you've already won your most important battle of the day.

The 5-Minute Rule: When temptation hits, take five minutes to remember your "why" before making a food decision.

Visualize the Win: Imagine how proud you'll feel when you submit that final successful weigh-in.

Stay focused on the future, not just the fleeting feeling of instant gratification. You've worked too hard to let a moment define your entire journey!

What is your biggest non-negotiable goal for the weekend? Share below! 👇

I love walking. While some say it is not that challenging..you can make it more so with a few hills :grinning:. It's my time to enjoy a podcast, sometimes half listening and enjoying nature. One of the best times if the day!!

Donna C.

I walk 6 days a week. Loving this weather!!

  • Happy Monday, friends! Can you believe we’re already in Week 3?

I love this quote: Wake up determined, go to bed satisfied.” 💪 It’s such a powerful reminder that how we start our day sets the tone for how we finish it.

Each morning, take a moment to tap into your determination—whether that’s reconnecting with your why, picturing how proud you’ll feel at the end of the day, or using tools like EFT (episodic future thinking) to imagine your future self.

Small intentional choices today add up to that satisfying feeling tonight. Let’s make this week count! 🙌

👉 What’s one thing you’re determined to do today that will help you go to bed satisfied tonight?
