I have already complete 5 pitiful sit-ups and a set of arm lifts. It is a start. I am going walking after school, at least half an hour, plus 10 squats per hour that I sit at my desk. Plenty of water to drink throughout the day to convince the stomach it is not hungry.
This is my plan for today. What are you doing?
