Stop starting at the scale - rely solely on how you feel, how your clothes are fitting, and take measurements!!
Screw the Scale - Inches is where it's at! This will most likely be my last diet bet, doing these bets have really changed how I see the scale; chasing that Big number at the top is not healthy and I need to focus more on how I feel instead of being discouraged because I'm up 5 pounds since I started.

I’m back y’all I gained all my weight back and more since I played a couple years ago : ( .
I struggle with night binging/literal sleep eating feels like literally every night recently : ( Does anyone else have that problem?

Yes I do ? that’s one habit I couldn’t get rid of yet ! I don’t eat breakfast because of that ! So I’ll have more calories for later . I prepare healthy snacks for later so I can stay on track , not every night is perfect .

  • Hello everyone, today's lunch is omelet (potato and eggs) with salad. No bread today. I eat too much bread because I love it. I try to cut out on it. Besides, there are already carbs in my meal.

Looks fab! What did you add to the salad and how was the chicken seasoned?

Thanks Malsy , for the salad I used 15 ml Italian salad dressing with sunflower seeds and cranberries.
Chicken : lemon juice , soy sauce , Worcestershire , olive oil ,grated garlic and ginger with dried basil .
The salad combo and chicken didn’t really go together but it was fine ( my last piece of chicken )

I’m having problems drinking enough water! I am a teacher and don’t have a break between 7:15-10:45 to go pee, so I don’t even try to drink. Any thoughts or suggestions? 😂

Drink closer to the end of that morning round. Maybe about 10? Then you won’t have to hold it as long.
