  • Easy sweet treat tonight post dinner. One thing that always has helped me is finding versions of foods I love and having healtheir swaps so I dont feel deprived. Whats your easy go to healthier sweet treat?

I will make a pudding or dip with my (usually chocolate)protein powder. Add a bit of liquid (usually unsweetened vanilla almond milk) to desired consistency.
If I make it thicker, it reminds me of brownie batter, sprinkle with a few nuts and a drizzle of nut butter ir even PB powder.
You can mix it with greek yogurt
Also a good dip for apples or other fruit.

I’m usually plain with my food and eat the same foods on repeat but this is a great brainstorming session. I’ve thought of a bunch!
I just don’t think of them in the moment!

Kacky

A little cocoa mixed into vanilla yogurt. Lately I have been piping it into little kisses and freezing it. You could also freeze it in a candy mold or even a silicone fidget popper.
