I can’t find today’s workout. I’ve done the block before and tried going to the badge, but it just offers for me to share, not see the workouts. I can get the calendar, but not the workouts.

  • Day 3! Shoulders/Arms
    Lift more Super Block!
    First shoulder workout since being released from PT from Frozen Shoulder. Definitely felt it and stayed pretty light.

    On a different note.. really Joel you have to put a “Friday” workout in and we hear. Last workout of the week, you got 2 days off… you made it!

    I just wanted to throw something at the TV 😂😂😂😂

I’ve never been strong, but I never regained strength after frozen shoulder on the right, ugh, and now my left shoulder is a bit stiff.

Shelby I’ve never been upper body strong. But I was just starting to tone and bam frozen shoulder. And well the older i get the harder it is to tone. I am a hairstylist too so the shoulder thing is pretty important.. and I also don’t have full strength. I wake up in middle
Of night still and it’s stiff. It sucks honestly. No other way to say it

I’ve had to resubmit my weigh in pictures six times now and I just noticed that they’re rejecting my latest picture. Is anyone else having these issues?

I thought this would be fun. Any suggestions?

I write my weigh in word huge with marker on a sheet of notebook paper. Make sure nothing is touching. (scale to paper or scale to carpet, rug, whatever. ) Hope this helps!

I've now learned macros, short for macronutrients are three categories of nutrients that you eat the most and provide you with the most energy.
Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats...

Where do Vegetables Come into play??? I feel like they've always given me good energy...

I just downloaded cronometer today and I'm trying to log things the best I can and get used to it ..

I just have the free version, but it's still a bit confusing,, anyone have better advice? Is this the only way to do this??? Use an app and log whatever you take in?

Anyone doing portion fix? I liked that in the past, seems much easier.

And vegetables go under carbs just like fruit does

If you are used to portion fix, your yellow, green and purple are all carbs. But your yellow are higher in carbs(starchy carbs). If that makes sense. Some foods are a bit of a mix of macros. You can use whatever plan you want to lose weight. Macros is the most precise. Portion fix is macros based but a looser/easier version
