  • Healthy working lunch! Avocado toast on GF bread. Fall salad with lots of cruciferous veg, roasted autumn veg, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, hemp hearts and flax seed. Some evoo and balsamic to top. Yum!! Very filling too. I did indulge in a mini Coke Zero for dessert
