I alternate between yoga and dumbbells . Also adding wall pushups so one day I can do real pushups ( I can’t even do one pushup)

I’m trying to do a variety so I don’t get bored Wednesday. I did some cardio on my walking pad and then I did a rebounder exercise yesterday was busy so just after dinner we did a walk outside around the neighborhood today. I have planned to get some weights in, I’m not sure what program I’m gonna use because I have zero creativity in the exercise area right now so I have to follow up a program or I feel like I’m just wasting my time.
