How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

This will be my 3rd diet bet and goal is to kickoff 2026 with reaching my weight loss goal! These last few pounds seem to be harder to lose than the past 50. Anyone else in this same place?

Same here. Down 80 pounds and personal goal is so close 5-8 pounds to go and it’s hard to lose the 4% which I can do but keeping it off is hard once I reach the DietBet goal. I tend to gain a few after final weigh in. So will start this one and kick it up playing pickleball 2 times a week and hitting the gym at least 2 times a week.
We can do this.

Same here! Down 80 lbs and 30 to go... was down 90 lbs but December has really kicked my butt! Hopefully this challenge gets me back on track
