How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Need some advice how to get yourself to exercise. This is my downfall. I'm a very busy person so to find a few minutes to exercise is really hard

If weight loss is your goal you don’t need exercise. Exercise is for your heart and overall health. Weight loss is 80-100% diet. If you’re asking because you simply WANT to exercise you got awesome advice from the others here. If you’re asking because you think you have to exercise to lose weight, that is false and not necessary if your diet is on point.
This is how I managed to pack on 50 lbs and still run multiple marathons per year.
