I've had a terrible day of stress/anxiety eating. Has anyone in the group successfully overcome this or have any tips for coping with emotional eating?

If it’s an option, take yourself to a fancy tea shop and pick out a few nice varieties that make you feel healthy and pampered.
Smelling and sipping hot tea that’s just for me makes me feel safe and loved :)

Also, getting some activity in. I realized that sometimes when I’m eating it’s because I actually want to be moving, but I feel embarrassed. Walking around the office park, or doing 20 squats in the largest bathroom stall is a little reset :sweat_smile:
