I switched from delicious sugary white bread to Dave's seed bread. It has tons of protein. Breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs and 2 Dave's toast with light I can't believe its not butter.
Lunch is a can of tuna with light mayo and pickles also on Dave's bread.
For dinner I do roasted veggies and air fryer chicken skewers
