As we head into the weekend, it's easy to get caught up in the things that need to get done rather than prioritizing your health. While we all need to get adult things done-I'm looking at you laundry-we also need to make sure that we are taking care of ourselves.
Over the weekend, I make sure to have my water bottle with me at all times. I also turn on background music so I can shake it when the mood strikes. Staying hydrated and moving my body even while doing mundane tasks keeps me on track.
