4 lbs to go in 8 days. Don't think this is possible... But I'm not NOT going to try! Doing my fast-mimicking diet for 2 more days, which should shed 2 - the challenge is to keep those 2 off - and keep the needle moving ... Likely a lost cause, but good thing we signed up for the transformer and still have 4 more months to work at this!

I am about the same... 5 days left now :sweat: now my freaking out a little is hopefully kicking my butt in gear. There's rarely snacks in the break room at work but today there is. I am finally over 18hr fasting for IF and I've been terrible getting my fasting windows to stretch out long enough. Just gotta keep tightening up the self control and shifting view of food as fuel and tool for well-being :muscle:
