How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Meal prep for the upcoming week:
    Breakfast: Protein shake with espresso
Lunch: ground chicken bowl (diced potatoes, onion and peppers, cheese, ground chicken bowl, and I top with a little light mayo)
Dinner: burger bowl (lean ground beef, diced potatoes, sautéed onion, diced pickles and cheese) might top with a little ketchup mustard and light mayo mixture.
Snack 1: yogurt bowl with zero sugar vanilla yogurt, a little sugar free sugar free jello cheesecake mix and 2 biscoff cookies.
Snack 2: protein bar or quest chips
My breakdown below is a protein bar day.
This gives me a little wiggle room as my exercise adjusts the day.

Jill Gets Jakked

Oh my goodness! So much protein, so few calories - I don’t know how you can stomach that. I would be having “digestion issues.” You’re not hurting?

Sara G.

Jill it’s funny you say that because I just said to my husband the other day that my stomach is doing surprisingly well. I normally don’t eat much red meat bc it does upset my stomach.
