Just a little over a week left! I hope everybody is on track to make their goals.

I started two Kickstarters on January 1st and then joined this one after losing quite a bit. I can definitely see my weight loss has slowed. I'm only 1.8 pounds away from this game's goal. It's doable, but given how slow my weight has been dropping the last 2 weeks, I'm a little worried. It's time to buckle down and finish this bet with good choices! How are you all doing?

Focus on low to no sodium, very low carbs. Carbs hold onto 3-4 times their weight in water. Sodium retains water too. Lots of water to flush things out.
Those things help me the most, especially the last few days.
Also, maybe TMI, but if you aren’t regular, whatever you eat and don’t digest/void is weight, so a BM before weighing out can help too.
A good sweat session is helpful as well.
