For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I was working on diets several years ago and I find them super helpful and now I find my post Holladay Waite has maxed out again to my previously wait in at my last DietBet so it’s time to get busy. I think the last time I participated was in November and it seemed really easy to not be conscious of what you’re eating and doing and so the fact that I have a way to journal and share and get support without annoying my family and friends around me with my Facebook posts or Instagram post it seems like a good deal so I will attempt to journal and share my updates here since it’s a group of like-minded people who all have a stake in my outcome and each other so here’s to my day one I had some coffee this morning. I had a lot of coffee this morning, but then I also had two chocolate candies for breakfast definitely not breakfast of champions but this is before I joined the diet pet so I wasn’t in my right mind I think it was after I ate those that I realized I had a problem so here’s to a great month and let’s keep going.
