I am going to count calories through the summer. I generally gain all my weight over the summer and success I just lost it, I want to keep it off!

I just need to stay mindful and consistent. Keto and IF work great for me, but I need to stick to that! It’s the only thing I’ve found that really works for me. And I need to be diligent about drinking a minimum of 64 oz water every single day. As long as I do these things the scale trends down and I feel good :blush:
