Hi Everyone. I did a 21 day fasting in January with my church. I lost 20lbs. Now I am trying to continue the weightloss journey, using a combination of fasting, and eating mostly protein and vegetables, with an occasional decadent meal of my choice. I have 120 lbs to lose, so I plan on being in dietbets every month.
