Definitely feeling behind in this challenge, but was totally inspired by all the "fresh start" talk from yesterday. So today I did my first workout in a month, only fifteen minutes, but better than nothing. Hoping it will get me back on track with following the meal plans...Thanks to all of you who share so freely and inspire the rest of us with your honesty.

I feel like this platform is a great place to be 100% honest. Hiding it gets us no where. I feel like when I share it helps myself stay accountable. Way to go on getting back in the groove! 15 minutes is a win! Heck 5 minutes is a win compared to nothing =) you got this! You can do it!

  • Yesterday's healthy swap experiment was healthier cheesecake using a cup of Greek yogurt, cup of cottage cheese, packet of sugar free cheesecake jello, vanilla & one egg! My husband and I mixed everything and baked it on 350 for 30 minutes then drizzled with honey + pb powder, yum!) We've been hooked on Greek yogurt lately and its been a game changer! One tip i have to feel like we can stick to this lifstyle long term is to take the foods you love and make them healthy!

Yesterday was a complete disaster 😩 I’m getting back on track today though. Any advice for handling sugar cravings? I don’t keep candy in the house but the cravings get so strong that I actually go out and buy it! 😣

  • My results from a bootcamp workout program, I joined the last 10 weeks to help me reach my dietbet weights. The last day of the bootcamp was August 4th. I have been lifting more weights and adding more protein. Yall, i am too excited.

  • Happy Wednesday, friends! Got a workout today on the elliptical for 50 minutes and tried some new healthy greek yogurt recipes ill share soon! I've also lifted some weights with my husband this week, so feeling proud of myself for switching things up & learning things daily while stepping out of my comfort zone. Did you move today or try something new lately? We got this!
