    Grilled Chicken Taco Bowl
    Ingredients:
    Grilled chicken
    Cauliflower rice or brown rice
    Black beans
    Cherry tomatoes
    Shredded lettuce
    Avocado
    Fresh salsa
    Lime juice and cilantro

    Directions:
    Layer your base, add sliced grilled chicken, then top with beans, veggies, and avocado. Finish with salsa, lime juice, and cilantro.

Katherine, I throw every seasoning I own on it! lol. only sort of kidding. I like tangy so I do a lot of lemon, garlic, honey, mustard marinades. try broiling!
