I have a hard time drinking water too. I’ve been drinking La Croix during the afternoon and herbal tea in the evenings. I should try making a picture of cucumber lemon water and keep that in the fridge.

I’m doing Bikrim yoga three days a week and walking three days a week. I was just getting into the flow of my routine when I got sick last week and couldn’t work out for five days.

I’m off to a good start. I ate and exercised as planned. I’m down 5lbs which is a great start but I expect that is mostly water weight. I’ll be upping my steps and exercise this week while strutting to the same diet plan.

After losing a lot of weight slowly over several years and with the help of a few diet bets, I’ve been maintaining for over a year. But this summer has been a bit too stressful and the weight started creeping back. Time to nip it in the bud and start losing again. I’ve got another 15% to go to reach my next major goal weight. I hope next summer I will be maintaining at that new lower weight. We can do this! One little step at a time.
