Happy Workout Wednesday.

Some of you are hitting a full workout: lifting, running, aerobic classes.

Some of you are getting it in other ways: cleaning, yard work, dancing, extra steps wherever you can.

Both count.

I love lifting/walking and yard work. Today I did some strength training. & I'll probably walk the softball fields before my daughter's game this evening.

Strength training 4 times a week and 12000 steps are my current goals. My new step away from the table trick is walking the dog 10-15 minutes after every meal
