How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Happy Saturday!

We made it to the weekend and we’re still going strong. Weekends don’t have to be all-or-nothing. You can relax, enjoy yourself, and still stay focused on your goals.

If you’re feeling a little lazy today, that’s normal. The key is not letting one slow day turn into a full weekend of “I’ll start over Monday.”

A few simple ways to stay on track without ruining your weekend:

Drink your water before reaching for snacks
Add protein or veggies to your meals instead of stressing over perfection
Keep moving during the day even if it’s not a full workout
Rest when you need it without turning the whole day into couch mode

What’s one thing you’re doing today to relax AND one thing you’re doing to stay focused?

Socialize with my run club - a slow run to atart the day. We then go for a coffee and have a relaxing chat.
