    I’m normally a workout in the morning girl. I love to get my body moving before the rest of the day takes hold. Unfortunately today I forgot that I had an early meeting so workout is pushed off until this evening. Either way it’s getting done!

I do little spurts of movement when I can. I work about 70 hours a week so get it in while I can.
