How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I gained! I’m at my day 1 weight! I keep having events and travel and I’m not focused. My own choices have me back at my weigh-in weight! Any suggestions to be able to do all-the-things and lose are appreciated. I know the steps; it’s the self control I’m struggling with. Lots of food noise.

I had the same problem, due to vacation and pms. I realized that planning won’t get me there. I have to actually follow the plan! Calorie counting has been the most helpful for me, even if it takes a few days of counting just to see where all the calories are coming from, then adjusting my diet to reach my goals. Basically it shows me that cutting out empty carbs and sugars actually does make a huge difference in calories.
