How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

My latest progress weigh-in is only at 67%. My thought this morning : no worries, I'll double down and work really hard in that last week to meet my target. Then I stubbed my toe on the corner of my bed and sprained it, so most exercise would seem to be out... Wish me luck?

Good luck! We lose the most weight by controlling what we eat, exercise is better for maintaining weight loss but the fork to mouth restraint is key. You got this!! Maybe doing some floor work would make sense. Bicycles etc
