We meal prep every Sunday for the week ahead. Yesterday we fixed baby back ribs in or oven as well as some loin chops braised in a mushroom and beef broth. They both came out so good. We also fixed some lean ground turkey and ground beef so that if we were craving something non-pork we could easily throw something together.
