How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Went to the grocery to stock up on some protein for this coming week and ended up finding some markdowns that fit perfectly for our meal prep - chicken thighs, lean beef, and eggs! We'll probably freeze some but by having healthy options that I can grab quickly it helps me stay on track easier. How're you preparing to reach your goals this coming week? We got this!

How do you catch the markdowns? Is there a certain day they do them I wonder ?

I’m a single-person household so I usually shop 1-2 times per week to make sure I’m keeping fresh produce and not being wasteful (thankfully I live very close to the grocery store). I use MyFitnessPal to log everything and keep track of macros. MFP also helps me make sure I’m rotating proteins and planning ahead. I don’t do a ton of meal prep because I’m able to be home a lot, go home for lunch when I’m in the office, etc. But I do prep fruits & veggies ahead of time so they’re ready to go and an easy snack!
