Great ideas here already. I also like the concept of making various types of healthy bowls or salads. You can mix up the toppings. So you can have different sorts of veggies, ready to eat proteins, olives, or pickled onions, and some sort of dressing or sauce. Buddha bowls!

My husband and I make a big batch of chicken breast in the crock pot once a week. He has also been sampling different meatball recipes and makes a big batch of meatballs. He separates the meatballs into little baggies of 3 meatballs. We also like to have a big batch of taco meat in the freezer. So we can just take it out and throw it in a pan for dinner. We use the chicken breast and meatballs for quick protein for lunches and snacks and will make a dinner out of them.

We also do either hard-boiled eggs to have on hand or a batch of eggbites for the week.


Ive been eating low carb, no sugar so this makes it easy to quickly grab something and add some fruit anf veggies to it.
