Not sure if odd to post for accountability, but I need to, so I will. I have not done great today, the day before, or the 2 days prior to joining (reason why I chose to), so hello everyone, I'm here stating I'll be posting my weight on monday, whatever number I'll see pop up on the scale, and will keep doing so each day, fluctuations and all. No matter if nobody even keeps an eye on it or cares, in the off chance, me publicly sharing this motivates me, I'm letting it be known I need to get my ish together, this is psychological warfare on the part of me that's leading my sabotage, I gotta make things uncomfortable for it, so no hiding allowed. Keep battling through, I know it can get difficult at times, but you know it's worth it, follow through for yourselves no matter how unsteady the progress line appears right now, it's always the best moment to get it together again.
