Hi everyone! I'm Mary. Ive done quite a few dietbets. Some successful and some that were major fails. This year I have been refocused on my health and fitness. My 40s have been a major roller coaster of hormones and injuries, arthritis and now major back issues. I'm desperately trying to keep my strength and mobility. I just successfully completed a kickstarter and then had a vacation. Now I'm back at it and hoping to kick but this challenge as well.
Currently feeling under the weather so meal prep has fallen off the radar. Will get that in check this weekend. Right now I'm resting and trying to get enough nutrients and hydration to fight this virus. I hope to go back to gym full time soon. Currently in physical therapy for back.
