  • Officially made it halfway through 25MST.. this is my fourth attempt at this program over the past year and I never made it past the third week. Dietbet gives me the extra incentive and push I need when I’m lacking motivation to reach my goals! I’m excited I’ve made it through the first 4 weeks (though it did take me 5 weeks to get here) lol

I’ve been using beachbody/BODI for forever now :see_no_evil: started out when I was maybe 18. I’m 36 now. I had the Hip Hop Abs, Insanity, and 21 Day Fix Extreme programs In my late teens, early 20s, before marriage and kids. I also used to take Barre, RIPPED, Body Pump, and Plyometrics classes at a local gym but stopped just before my first pregnancy in 2016. I was really invested in my health back then but the last 10 years have been a roller coaster of motivation. I started a BODI subscription a few years ago and have tried a few different programs. I like that speed train is only 25 mins (I actually kinda hate working out so getting more from less, especially with my 3 munchkins running around helps it feel doable.) I made to my highest non-pregnancy weight this year and certainly haven’t been taking care of my health at all so I threw myself into Dietbet for the extra motivation. My goal is to make healthy habits stick, again, and be a better example for my family.
